Acroyoga – a way of getting in touch

Acroyoga is a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics. This workshop will include different types of partner and group exercises. We will create a space to relate physically to others, potentially experiencing something unique. It is a great opportunity to relate, experience yourself in new ways and overcome limiting beliefs. It can be playful, challenging, nourishing and deeply satisfying.
This event will be held in German or English depending on the needs of the group.
